Regular full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week. Spouses, same-sex or opposite –sex domestic partners and dependent children up to age 26 are considered eligible dependents. Spouses/domestic partners of employees hired on or after January 1, 2006, and eligible for medical coverage through their employer’s plan are not eligible for coverage under the medical plan.
You have the option of enrolling in a Consumer Choice Plan (CCP) high deductible health plan accompanied by a Health Savings Account (HAS) that includes an employer contribution and wellness incentives.

You have the option of enrolling in one of three dental plans, including a basic PPO plan, a Premium PPO plan and a DMO plan.

You may choose vision coverage with a network of participating providers.

The Company provides term life insurance for eligible employees.

Employee Supplemental, spousal supplemental, and child supplemental life insurance coverage is available that include certain minimums and maximums based on the employee enrollment level.
You may purchase optional STD or STD Buy Up insurance .The benefit covers the first 26 weeks of disability.
The company pays 100% of your basic LTD premium coverage. A LTD Buy-Up option and is 100% employee paid.
If you choose to waive enrollment in Global’s medical coverage, you have the option of setting aside pre-tax dollars for out of pocked medical, dental, prescription and vision expenses. If you have eligible childcare expenses, you have the option of setting aside pre-tax dollars to cover those expenses.
Accident Insurance, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity coverage and elect coverage for both you and your family. The policies assist with those unexpected events and help bridge the gap with out-of-pocket medical costs.
Provides access to a nationwide network of attorneys for legal advice and document preparation. Through Hyatt Legal Plans.
