Matt Petry

President, Zeno Office Solutions

Matt Petry, President of Zeno Office Solutions, began his tenure with Zeno’s parent company, Global Imaging Systems, Inc. (A Xerox Company) in 2009. Overseeing Mergers & Acquisitions, Matt directly impacted the non-organic annual growth targets, enhanced the company’s fiscal performance, and expanded the geographical presence through strategic acquisitions. The goal of each transaction was to positively impact the acquired company, employees, and local communities, which was consistent with the acquisition of Zeno in April 2013.

In 2014, Matt joined Zeno as Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for all of the financial, operational, administrative, and information technology components of the business. Matt’s background in finance, sales management, strategic planning and leadership has positioned Zeno for sustainable growth and as a leader within the industry.

Prior to Global, Matt worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Audit and Assurance Services practice, managing a diverse portfolio of clients in both the Chicago and Tampa markets. His tenure with PwC provided strong, transferrable skillsets in financial reporting, business operations and management. Matt is a CPA and earned his Bachelors of Science in Accountancy and Masters of Accounting Science from Northern Illinois University.

Bill Batrow

Vice President of Sales, Zeno Office Solutions

Mr. Batrow, Vice President of Sales, brings more than 18 years of strategic planning and business development within the industry to Zeno. He is responsible for the growth of the company’s sales organization, revenue and the development of the team. Bill’s deep understanding of the complexities of industry trends in conjunction with his ability to empower teams to elevate performance and consistently perform above expectations is evident.

Prior to joining Zeno, Bill served as Vice President of Sales, Area/Marketplace Vice President and Marketplace General Manager with Ricoh U.S. During his tenure he grew new business 500% within 24 months and was consistently among top ranked business units annually. Bill managed $100+M in annual P&L and was responsible for as many as 600 employees and 20,000 customers. Bill was instrumental in the merger of 3 organizations while creating a culture of unity within the blended organization. Bill’s “Successful People are Not Afraid to Fail” approach demonstrates the enthusiasm and trust he consistently builds among the team.

Tim Smith

Vice President of Service, Zeno Office Solutions

As Vice President of Service, Tim Smith is responsible for the strategic management of more than 100 Service and Support Professionals within the Florida Market.

Tim’s career in the industry encompasses more than 30 years, 15 in senior leadership positions. Prior to serving as Vice President of Service for Zeno, Tim held the Vice President’s role with Capitol Office Solutions, also a Global Imaging Company.

As a Veteran of the US Air Force, Tim is a proponent of collaborative teamwork. He applies his ability to lead and empower individual team members to maximize performance. This approach combined with his commitment to customer satisfaction and employee growth and development is evidenced through the consistent improvements realized by every member of his team and each customer they encounter.

Mary Cay Werner

Director of Human Resources, Zeno Office Solutions

Mary Cay leads the Zeno Human Resources team and serves 7 offices and nearly 300 employees. She functions as a consultant on employee relations, organizational development and provides guidance in support of operational and strategic business initiatives.

Prior to joining Zeno, Mary Cay has held several key Human Resources leadership positions across a variety of industries including healthcare and professional services. Mary Cay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati. In addition, she holds her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and is a certified leadership coach.

An active volunteer leader in the community, Mary Cay is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and has been instrumental in the growth of the local HR Tampa Chapter, serving on the board in 2017.
